CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Lori is SCA Collections’ Out of State Client Services Manager and has been employed with us since 1989, while she was attending school at East Carolina University.  Lori graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in technical writing and a minor in Psychology in 1993.  She has continued her education by obtaining her healthcare management certification from Pitt Community College in 2015.
